Our mission is to empower you to alleviate your own pain and stress.  To increase your flexibility and range of motion so you can move with ease and have a better quality of life.  From our own journey and experience with pain & immobility we learnt that the body can heal itself naturally with a little help and the right tools.  Learning to quiet the mind so you can listen to the subtle wisdom of the body is key & we can show you how.  We provide a serene, positive environment in which to heal. 
 


We believe this world is at a turning point, an exciting, exilerating point in which we can make a huge difference in the way we live if we so choose.   We see many people are unhappy with their lives, the amount of stress they are feeling, the constant bombardment of negativity.  Even with such huge advances in technology our health and happiness seem to be declining.

Chow & Zen was founded to encourage the local community to stay moving, reduce stress and eat well using organic, locally farmed foods. To promote healing using natural, alternative methods.  Chow & Zen understands the mind-body-spirit connection, and can treat people on many different levels. It is time to start healing and caring for yourself. Our therapists & serene sacred space will make your stress fade away and classes and workshops will provide "food for your soul".  

We try our best to make everyone feel comfortable & welcome.  Our ultimate goal is to empower people to heal themselves, to look inwards for all their answers.  To help create a sense of community and to promote all art forms and self expression.

We offer massage for bridal and wedding parties, special events and corporate plans.  Couples massage also available.
